Getting Started with JoyRank

Follow this guide to connect your website and start improving your search rankings in under five minutes.

Create Your JoyRank Account

Head to the pricing page and choose a plan. Click Start 14-Day Free Trial to create your account. No credit card required.

You will receive a confirmation email. Click the link to verify your account and access your cloud dashboard.

What you need

  • A valid email address
  • Your website URL
  • That's it — no downloads or installations

Add Your Website URL

Once logged in, click Add Website in your dashboard. Enter your full website URL (e.g. https://yoursite.co.uk).

JoyRank will verify ownership and begin crawling your site automatically. This typically takes a few minutes depending on the size of your site.

Tip

Each plan supports a specific number of websites. You can manage which sites are connected from your account dashboard at any time.

Install the Tracking Snippet (Optional)

For advanced analytics, you can add a small tracking snippet to your website. Navigate to Settings → Tracking in your dashboard and copy the snippet.

Paste it into the <head> section of your site. This enables real-time visitor analytics and conversion tracking.

This step is entirely optional. JoyRank's core SEO features work without the snippet.

Run Your First SEO Audit

Navigate to Site Audit in your dashboard and click Run Full Audit to scan your entire website.

The audit will analyse every page for SEO issues. Once complete, you will see a prioritised list grouped by severity: critical, warnings, and suggestions. Follow the recommendations to start climbing the search results.
