What is JoyRank?
JoyRank is a cloud-based SEO platform that helps you improve your search engine rankings. It includes on-page audits, keyword tracking, schema markup generation, content optimisation, sitemap generation, and competitor analysis — all accessible from your browser with nothing to install.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you sign up for any plan, you get full access to every feature for 14 days at no cost. No credit card is required to start. If you decide JoyRank is right for you, simply add a payment method before the trial ends to continue uninterrupted.
What plans are available and how much do they cost?
We offer three plans: Starter at £14.99/month (1 website, 50 keywords), Pro at £54.99 every 6 months — that works out to £9.17/month (5 websites, 500 keywords), and Agency at £79.99/year — just £6.67/month (10 websites, unlimited keywords). All plans include a 14-day free trial.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
Do I need to install anything?
No. JoyRank is entirely cloud-based. You access everything through your web browser — desktop, tablet, or mobile. There is no software to download, no plugins to install, and no server configuration required.
How does keyword tracking work?
Once you add your target keywords, JoyRank checks your Google ranking positions daily. You can see position history, spot trends, and get alerts when rankings change significantly. Tracking is available across 50+ countries.
What does the on-page SEO audit check?
The audit scans your pages for over 50 SEO factors including meta titles and descriptions, heading structure, image alt text, internal links, page speed indicators, mobile responsiveness, and content quality. Each issue comes with a specific recommendation to fix it.
What types of schema markup can JoyRank generate?
JoyRank supports FAQ, HowTo, Product, Article, LocalBusiness, Organisation, BreadcrumbList, and WebSite schema types. You simply fill in the fields and JoyRank generates valid JSON-LD code ready to paste into your site.
How does the content optimiser work?
Enter your target keyword and paste or write your content. JoyRank analyses keyword density, readability score, heading structure, content length, and compares against top-ranking pages. You get a real-time score and specific suggestions to improve.
Can I track competitor websites?
Yes. On the Pro and Agency plans, you can add competitor domains and see which keywords they rank for, discover their top-performing pages, and identify keyword gaps — opportunities where they rank but you do not.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All connections use SSL encryption. Your data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with daily backups. We never share your data with third parties. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with JoyRank, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Details are available on our refund policy page.
Can I use JoyRank for client websites?
Yes. The Pro plan supports up to 5 websites and the Agency plan supports up to 10. The Agency plan also includes white-label reports that you can brand with your own logo and send directly to clients.
How often is ranking data updated?
Keyword rankings are checked and updated daily. Your dashboard reflects the latest data each time you log in. Historical data is stored so you can track trends over weeks and months.
How do I get help if I have a problem?
