How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@joydigitalsolution.com with your account email address and date of purchase. We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days.

Full refund. Available on all plans. This applies to your initial purchase only, not to renewal payments.

After 14 days (monthly plans)

Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refund after the 14-day guarantee period. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

After 14 days (6-month and annual plans)

We offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. The refund is calculated based on full months remaining.

Renewal payments

Refund requests for automatic renewal payments must be made within 7 days of the renewal charge.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Your data is preserved for 30 days after your subscription ends.
